Cancellations allow for me to offer the spot to another pet owner. Same Day Cancellations less than 24 hours notice result in a fee of 50%-100% of scheduled service. No-Show appointments will be charged the FULL grooming fee BEFORE a new appointment is scheduled. Deposits for Frequent Cancellations Clients who cancel or No-Show more than twice will be required to pay a non-re-fundable deposit before booking future appointments. Late Arrivals If a client is more than 10 mins late for their appointment, they may be rescheduled or canceled and a fee may apply. Late arrivals disrupt scheduling and may result in a shortened service or additional fee. Emergency Cancellations I understand that emergencies happen. I am a wife to an incredible outdoor enthusiast , a Mother to 3 amazing girls and 2 incredible sons! I have a super smart son in law who is adventurous and fits in great with our family! We have a Goldendoodle name Knolly, and 4 cats named Beans, Megatron, Quincy and Creamy. Oh and also 16 hens who lay the most delicious eggs! To say I love animals is an understatement. When I’m not working I enjoy coaching a high school mountain bike team from June through October; my girls high school lacrosse team from October to May; and building as many Lego sets as I can! I am very involved in my religion; my family; making every effort to get to the beach; and attend as many concerts as possible!
