Hygge Salon Services are by appointment Only
-Calming Luxury Bath and Blowout (Every 4-6 Weeks)
Includes: Calming Bath, foaming facial wash, warm towel, blow dry, ears cleaned, and gentle comb/brush through.
-If longer in between appointments, there will be an up-charge.
-One- on- One Full Groom (Every 4-8 Weeks)
Includes: Calming Bath, foaming facial wash, warm towel, blow dry, breed style haircut, nails trimmed and filed and ears and cleaned.
-If dog goes longer in between appointments, there will be an up-charge.
-Gentle De-Shed/Undercoat Removal (Every 2-4 Weeks)
Includes: Calming Luxury Bath with shedding specific shampoo, foaming facial wash, warm towel, blow dry and gentle brush out
-Calm Luxury Bath, Blow Out and Mini Trim
Included: Calming Bath, foaming facial wash, warm towel, blow dry, ears cleaned, nails filed, sanitary, paw pad and eye’s trimmed.
-Feline Grooms
Included: Gentle De-matting if needed, lion cut if desired, nails trimmed, calming bath & blow dry and gentle brush out (only if cat enjoys a bath)

Dog and Cat Grooming Cancellation Policy:
Appointment Cancellation & No Show Policy
Clients must provide 24-48 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule appointments. Cancellations allow for me to offer the spot to another pet owner.
Same Day Cancellations less than 24 hours notice result in a fee of 50%-100% of scheduled service.
No-Show appointments will be charged the FULL grooming fee BEFORE a new appointment is scheduled.
Deposits for Frequent Cancellations
Clients who cancel or No-Show more than twice will be required to pay a non-re-fundable deposit before booking future appointments.
Late Arrivals
If a client is more than 10 mins late for their appointment, they may be rescheduled or canceled and a fee may apply.
Late arrivals disrupt scheduling and may result in a shortened service or additional fee.
Emergency Cancellations
I understand that emergencies happen. If a cancellation due to a genuine emergency occurs, I will do my best to accommodate a reschedule without any fee.
